Take your chance to be a foreign minister or civil servant for a day DIR/ES Simulation Game fall 2018. All DIR/ES Students are welcome!
12.10.2018 kl. 09.00 - 16.15
Dear DIR/ES students,
The MA programme in European Studies invites you to participate in this fall’s simulation game. The game will focus on the Ukraine conflict. In the course of the game, you will form different teams, representing the major actors in the conflict (Ukraine, Russia, US, EU member states, Belarus, OSCE). During the simulation you will negotiate and try to reach a solution of the conflict. The simulation game is a different way of learning where you work actively with an empirical case and develop your negotiation and communication skills, and test your strategic abilities in the context of teamwork.
The introductory session will take place on Thursday, 27th September from 12:30 - 14:15 in Kroghstræde 3, room 3.136. The simulation game will take place on Friday, 12th October from 09:00 - 16:15 in the Aalborg Town Hall, Gammeltorv 2, 9000 Aalborg.
We look forward to seeing many of you participating! Take your change to be a foreign minister or civil servant for one day, and have fun together with your classmates.
Best wishes, Anita Nissen & Laura Landorff
